① Industrial Economy Development
Changshu Southeast Economic Development Zone has been an attractive investment site in Yangtze River Delta. More than 190 foreign enterprises from 20 countries and regions have been established in it, with contractual foreign capital exceeding USD 3 billion. Specifically, they’re mainly from USA, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, HongKong, etc. Among them, over 60 companies have been established with investment capital of USD 10 billion or above, and about 20 companies are listed in Stock Market at home and abroad.
② Development of Service & Supplementary Facilities
According to the positioning of CSDZ and its future development trend, the Administrative Committee of CSDZ devotes a lot of efforts to completing the supplementary function of CSDZ. Priorities are given to the development of ten tertiary industry projects, such as HengCheng Real Estate, HuaKun Logistic, KaiYue Recreation Centre, Southeast International School, Southeast International Hospital, etc.
